摘要:通過對航天測控機柜裝配工藝流程的研究與運用,航天測控機柜實行機械裝配和電氣裝配工藝并行,既能保證質量、提高效率,又能縮短裝配周期。同時可以解決航天測控機柜裝配過程中插箱缺件與裝配進度瓶頸問題。航天測控機柜并行裝配兩種工藝方式進行對比分析研究表明,多品種小數量航天測控機柜項目適宜采用實物模擬裝配工藝,少品種大數量航天測控機柜項目適宜采用數字化裝配工藝。

Study on parallel assembly process of aerospace TT&C cabinet

Abstract:By study the parallel assembly process of aerospace TT&C cabinet, it’s proved that parallel process of mechanical assembly and electronic assembly can ensure quality, enhance efficiency and reduce assembly cycle. Parallel assembly can overcome the conflict of case absence and assembly schedule as well. By comparatively analyzing the two assembly processes, it’s shown that actual simulating assembly process is suitable for multi-specification and small-batch production, while digital assembly process meets mass production.
